AJ as she is more commonly known, is an excellence-driven, results-oriented, high-energy professional with years of extensive experience in Global Talent Acquisition Supply Chain Leadership, Client/Customer Sales Delivery, Operations Management & Engagement, Process Redesign, Billing, and People & Culture Leadership. She has a proven ability to motivate employees and operate an environment based on servant mentality and delivery.
She started her career in Customer Service when she joined the biggest BPO company in the Philippines as a Sales Representative, right after she graduated from college. She worked her way up the corporate ladder until she became an Operations Manager.
AJ shifted her career to global recruiting in 2013 when she joined a language technology company. She built from the ground a global recruiting team of 45 Recruiters, plus support staff in 24/7 operations. She and her team was responsible for full-cycle sourcing & recruiting to provide skilled consultants for global linguistic and web analytic projects across 80 countries in 150 languages.
She then joined a global digital engagement company where she also built a global recruiting team of 28 Recruiters and support staff across North America, Latin America (LATAM), Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), and Asia Pacific (APAC) regions. She created & established the recruiting processes, SOPs & reporting dashboards.
AJ was then given the opportunity to grow, lead and facilitate the engagement activities and strategies for the internal network of AEC professionals, Community Partners, General Contractors and Affiliates when she joined a pre-construction company.
Her work ethic, willingness to think outside the box and adapt new ideas and ways of doing things have been instrumental in her successes. Excellence is not her goal, it’s her way of life.
AJ officially lives in the Philippines, but travels regularly. She is frequently on the road or in a plane exploring new places.
