Richard (Ric) Mercuri PhD, is a CEO and Board trusted advisor providing strategic and tactical guidance to scale their companies and build sustainable corporate cultures.

As a recognized global expert in executive search and coaching he has conducted work across the APAC, EMEA, and LATAM countries. His early career corporate roles include executive assignments with Aetna Corporation, TrueBlue Inc. Appen and most recently ModSquad.

Ric was a founder and practice leader for Atriad Partners, a human capital consultancy where he led all talent projects and leadership development and succession planning engagements for Fortune 500 clients with an emphasis in Healthcare, Fintech and Digital Moderation.

He is certified in the Leadership Practices Inventory advising clients and companies on the behaviors that build and sustain engaged corporate cultures and inclusive work force processes and practices and robust succession strategies.

Ric has designed, developed, and deployed leadership academies that have been recognized and awarded at the national level by ATD.

Additionally, he has authored and published a social style assessment known as Styletrac Inventory that has been utilized in both the United States and multiple global settings providing individuals insight on both their communications preferences and EQ action orientation.

An accomplished public speaker, Ric is a certified sales coach and trainer who has led sales leadership workshops for Fortune 200 clients.

Ric resides in Gig Harbor Washington with his spouse Cheryl and has two children and his German Shepherd, Romeo. His philanthropy focuses on fund-raising for and coaching youth soccer.
